摘　　要： 在WTO环境下,数字图书馆的建设与服务与版权保护息息相关,包括资源的数字化转换、网络传播权、技术保密、版权管理信息等,数字图书馆应采取措施,妥善解决。 The construction and service of digital library is closely linked with the copyright protection under WTO' s environment, and including the digitize change, cross-domain communication propagation power and technology confidentiality of resources and information etc is managed to the copyright ,and the measure should be adopted in the digital library, the appropriate settlement.
