摘　　要： 本文根据我国高等职业教育的现状,提出了自己的看法,即高职教育应不断改革,建设一只合格的高职教育师资队伍,以适应社会需求。作为从事高职业教育的教师,应具备创新的教育观念、要具有多元化的知识结构、科研型的教学能力以及具有创造性的人格特征。 According to the current situation of higher vocational education in our courtry, the author puts forward in this article his own opinion, that is, in order to meet the needs of the higher vocational education, reform should be carried through constantly, and teachers should be qualified, possessing innovational notion of education, knowledge structure of multiple dimension, abilities of teaching and doing scientific research as well as creativity.
