摘 要: 基于提高传质、加快反应速度的构想 ,结合高速射流曝气、物相强化传递、紊流剪切等技术 ,从气含率、混合时间与循环时间、停留时间分布函数及氧传质系数Kla等 5个方面研究了高效内循环生物反应器的流体力学与传质特性。试验结果表明 ,此反应器具有混合时间短 ,传质系数高 。 In order to improve mass transfer and reaction performance, the reactor used these technologies including high speed jet aerate, substance phase intensify transfer and turbulent shearing. Hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the reactor were studied in terms of gas holdups, mixing time, circulation time, residence time distribution function, and volumetric mass transfer coefficient K La . It is shown from the investigation that the reactor has characteristics of short mixing time, high mass transfer coefficient and fully mixing model.
