摘 要: 以锇酸标记、X 射线电子能谱检测为手段对纸张涂布加工过程中胶粘剂的迁移进行了研究。结果表明 ,在本文的研究条件下 ,胶粘剂在施涂和干燥阶段中都存在向涂层表面迁移的现象 ,但在干燥阶段中的迁移量要显著大于在施涂过程中的迁移量。通过对施涂过程中胶粘剂的受力分析 ,提出了胶粘剂受旋转升力和剪切升力作用向涂层表面迁移的观点。 After the carboxylated gtyrene-butadiene latex was tagged by osmium, binder migration during coating process was studied by energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The results showed that under the condition of this research, binder migration occurred both in the processes of coating application and drying. But the amount of latex migration during coaling application was much less than that during drying. The mechanism of hinder migration was studied by force analyses, and proposed that binder migration was caused by lift force in coating application process.
