摘　　要： 实证研究表明,在我国,1985年后的农村家庭教育支出是不断增加的;1985-1999年期间,家庭教育支出增长率遵循高———低———高的变化趋势;不同年度家庭教育支出与家庭收入呈正向变动关系,二者的弹性系数大于1。与家庭人口规模变化、家庭消费结构等因素比较,教育财政改革推动的教育价格上涨对上述现象的解说更具说服力。 In China,after 1985the expenditure on education in the rural families wa s on the rise and during the years between 1985and 1999,there was a trend of change of high-low-high.In the different years,the family' s expenditure on education and the fa mily' s income have a positive coefficient and their elastic coefficient is more than 1.Compared with such facto rs as the change of family size and fam ily' s expenditure structure,the rising educational price promoted by the ed ucational fiscal reform can best exp lain the above phenomenon.
