摘 要: 基于非傅立叶热传导方程建立了板料激光曲线弯曲成形过程的三维瞬态温度场以及形变场的有限元列式。在可以忽略材料因变形而产生内热的情况下 ,将板料激光曲线弯曲过程的温度场和形变场视为两个独立的子系统进行了分别求解 ,模拟了具有强烈瞬态非线性特征的板料激光曲线弯曲过程 ,从热力学角度揭示了板料激光曲线弯曲变形的内在机制。 In this paper, the finite element computational formulas of temperature field and deformation field for laser curve bending of sheets have been established on the basis of the non-Fourier heat transfer equation. Then, on the premise of neglecting inner heat generated due to a small plastic deformation of sheets, the FEM simulation of the laser curve bending of sheets has been carried out by solving the temperature field and deformation field separately. Furthermore, according to the simulated results, the deformation behavior of laser curve bending process is explained theoretically from the thermo-mechanics point of view.
