摘 要: 采用丙烯酸乳液、钛白、高岭土等制成了一种高耐候性外墙乳胶涂料。该涂料具有以下特点:室温固化;干燥时间<2h;涂膜的对比率达到0 94;耐洗刷>3000次;耐水300h无异常;耐碱100h无异常;人工老化时间达到1000h〔超过国家优等品指标(600h)〕。它具有施工方便、耐污染、漆膜光滑、亮度好、成本低等优势,是一种理想的建筑物外墙装饰材料。讨论了基料(乳液中的固体成分,即成膜物质)、颜填料、分散剂等对涂料性能的影响。 A new type of exterior wall emulsion paint with excellent durability was developed, consistsing of acrylate emulsion,TiO2,kaolin,etc.Characteristic of the paint are as follows:solidifying under room temperature within 2 h,contrast ratio of the film attaining 094,the brush resistance being more than 3000 times,the water resistance being more than 300 h,the alkali resistance surmounting 100 h and the accelerated artificial weathering data attaining 1000 h,exceeding the national excellent standard of 600 h.It is excellent in application,stain resistance,film brightness and low cost.It is a perfect exterior decorative material. Effects of binder,dispersants,pigment and filling on the weatherability were discussed.
