摘　　要： 　泛系理论是一种宏微兼顾的多层网络型的跨学科新研究 ,本文介绍了系统分析或者超繁系统的观控的一些具体理法 :粲泛系和多层次粲泛系 ,运故创新法 ,大碗捞针法 ,另外讨论了与超繁系统的观控有关的产品·系统·理论·技术·人才·素质开发 ,以及科技教育创新。 Pansystems theory is a transfield multi layer network like research with overall consideration of macrocosm and microcosm. Her framwork is 784e:——7 Pan conceptss (Systems, Relations, Transformations, Derivatives, Symmetries, Optimizations,Shengke)——8 Counter Methodological Principles/8 pan methods/8Ctrs4 Thoughts: Science rationality, Systems, Methodology, Aesthetics intuition Encyclopedic connections. The thesis introduces many fundamental principles and methods, the concrete contents include: scientific rationality with 10 respects, new type vitality, pansystems relativity, pan metascience, perfection regret reality panoptimization principles(PRRP),8 loops of Pansystems 784e PRRP Superspiral, 20 respects or more of the megawaves of all ages, multi layer analysis with charm pansystems, pansystems R&D for products, systems, theory, techniques, etc, creation method based on old elements or subsystems, method of looking for needle from bowl, pansystems principles of pedagogy and versatile operations, etc. [
