摘 要: 运用联合练习器与杠铃结合的方法 ,通过各种跳跃练习和各种段落的跑练习等手段全面发展高等学校跳远运动员爆发力、跳跃能力、速度、灵敏等素质 ,在此基础上完善助跑与起跳结合技术 。 Combined training facilities and barbells,various sorts of jumping and running exercises can be used to fully develop the explosive force,jumping ablity,speed,and sensetiveness of long jump athletes at college and,one this basis,perfect the technique of run up and take off,thus achieving better result in long jump.
