摘　　要： 对番荔枝的贮藏保鲜效果进行了分析。结果表明,适宜的成熟度采收、冷藏以及气调贮藏,是番荔枝贮藏保鲜的有效途径。 The preservation technology on Annona squamosa L.fruit were discu ss ed.The result showed that the efficient methods of the preservation of Annona s quamosa L.fruit are gathering in appropriate mature degree,refrigerating and air-conditioned storage.
