摘 要: 标题化合物C24H22O4N2Cl2(2)是由2 氰基 3 (2 氯苯基)丙烯酸乙酯(1)在TiCl4 Sm催化下在四氢呋喃作溶剂中经双分子还原偶联环化反应而得.结构通过单晶X射线衍射分析确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1 6429(3)nm,b=0 9948(2)nm,c=1 4893(4)nm,β=105 43(2)°,Mr=473 34,V=2 3463(9)nm3,Dc=1 340g/cm3,Z=4,μ(MoKα)=0 309mm-1,F(000)=984.晶体结构用直接法解出,使用全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最后的偏离因子R=0 0566,Rw=0 1237. The title compound C24H22O4N2Cl2(2) has been synthesized by the reductive coupling cyclodimerization reaction of ethyl3(2chrolophenyl)2cyanoacrylate with lowvalent titanium reagents (TiCl4Sm) in THF. Its structure was determined by monocrystal Xray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1642 9(3) nm, b=0994 8(2) nm, c=1489 3(4) nm, β=10543(2)°, Mr=47334, V=2346 3(9) nm3, Dc=1340 g/cm3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0309 mm-1, F(000)=984. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by the fullmatrix method of leastsquares to the final R=0056 6 and Rw=0123 7.
