摘　　要： 在中试成功的消泡剂PGA的基础上,研制出了稳定的乳液型有机硅消泡剂PGA-Ⅱ。介绍了PGA-Ⅱ的制备方法,测试了其消泡性能和抑泡性能。 According to the characteristics of the wastewater treatment in a paper mill in Guangzhou, the stable defoamer PGA-II wasdeveloped on the basis of successful defoamer PGA. The paper introduces the preparing method and determines the performances ofdefoaming and controlling foam. The results show its defoaming performance increases by 25% over the defoamer PGA when the stirringrate is 600～800 r/min, the quantity of SiO2 is 1.2%, the HLB of emulsifiers is 9.5 and its quantity is 6%, and the quantity of polyether 301is 1/4 of the emulsion.
