摘 要: 通过农杆菌(Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)Ti质粒介导途径,将抗虫CpTI基因转入花生,经过诱导分化获得转基因再生植株。PCR检测及Southern杂交鉴定结果表明,外源CpTI基因已整合到大部分再生花生植株的基因组中。通过抗虫性检测试验,转基因花生具有一定的抗虫性。 Cowpea trypsin inhibitor (CpTI) gene was transferred into peanut (A.hypogaea L.) mediated by Ti plasmid of Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404. Transgenic plants were obtained from transformed explants. Integration of CpTI gene into genome was confirmed through PCR and Southern blotting. The expression of the insect-resistance gene in the transgenic plants was observed through the bioassays.
