摘　　要： 组织政治存在于任何组织 ,它影响着组织绩效和组织成员绩效。在简要介绍西方组织政治研究的产生、发展、概念和对组织影响的基础上 。 Organizational politics is one of the most common phenomena in all organizations and affects organizational performance. This paper describes its emergence, development, conception and the effect on organization briefly. And then it puts forward some suggestion for school administration.
