饵料类型、摄食水平和体重对中华鳖生化成分和比能值的影响

摘  要: 在水温 30℃的条件下 ,分别进行了为期 5 6d的稚鳖和幼鳖摄食 -生长试验 ,稚鳖组设饥饿、1%、2 %、4 %和饱食 5个摄食水平 ,幼鳖组设饥饿、1%、2 %和饱食 4个摄食水平。结果表明 ,中华鳖稚、幼鳖鳖体干物质含量、蛋白质含量、脂肪含量及比能值均随摄食水平的增加而增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,摄食水平对灰分含量无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,稚、幼鳖灰分含量的平均值分别为 5 .5 2 %、和 5 .99%。体重对中华鳖鳖体干物质含量和脂肪含量有显著影响 ,干物质和脂肪含量随体重的增加而显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在饱食状态下 ,中华鳖稚、幼鳖鳖体蛋白质含量无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而在饥饿和非饱食状态下 ,幼鳖鳖体蛋白质含量都显著高于稚鳖 ;幼鳖鳖体的比能值高于稚鳖 ,但二者的差异仅在饥饿状态下达到显著水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;体重对中华鳖鳖体灰分含量无显著影响 ,鳖体灰分含量的平均值为 5 .76 %。回归分析表明 ,中华鳖鳖体比能值、蛋白质、脂肪和灰份含量与其干物质含量之间存在显著的线性回归关系 ,协方差分析表明 ,体重对上述关系有显著影响。 Trionxy sinensis(23.38~349.59 g) of two sizes, fingerling(23.38~46.32 g) and young (213.64~348.99 g) , were fed respectively on four ration levels to investigate the effect of body size and ration level on body composition and energy content.Commercial diets were used in the experiment. The experiment was conducted at 30 ℃ and lasted 8 weeks. The body composition and energy content of the Trionxy sinensis were determined initial and final. The relationship between ration level and the contents of dry matter, protein, lipid and energy were linear. They all increase with the increasing ration level. The ash content was not significantly affected by ration level and were 5.52% for fingerling and 5.99% for young Trionxy sinensis. The contents of dry matter and lipid significantly increased with increasing body weight (P<0.05). Ash content was not significantly different at different body weight ( P>0.05) and the average was 5.76%. The body weight has no significant effect on protein content when fed to satiation. However, protein content significantly increased with body weight under any other feeding conditions. The energy content of young Trionxy sinensis was higher than that of fingerlings while the difference was significant (P<0.05)when they were at starvation. The contents of energy, protein, lipid and ash were closely related to body dry matter. Covariate analysis of variance showed that body weight grately affected the relationship between dry matter content and the contents of energy, protein, lipid and ash.
