摘 要: 采用分光光度法和同工酶电泳法 ,测定了无色杆菌毒蛋白 (PLPT)对棉铃虫和菜粉蝶血淋巴中酚氧化酶和酯酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,经无色杆菌毒蛋白感染的棉铃虫和菜粉蝶 ,3h后血淋巴中酚氧化酶比活力和酯酶活力有明显的变化。各处理中 ,酚氧化酶比活力变化与对照相比 ,均有下降 ,其中以 6h后的活力下降最显著 ;酯酶活力则有所增强 ,其中以 2 4h后的活力增强最明显。 By using spectrophotometric method and electrophoretic method, the effects of Photorhabdus luminescens protein toxin(PLPT) on phenoloxidase and esterase activity of Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) and Pieris rapae L. haemolyph have been assayed. The result showed that the phenoloxidase and esterase activity both changed obviously after being treated for 3 h with PLPT, and the phenoloxidase activity of each sample declined compared to the contrast, among which the sample of 6 h declined most remarkadly; the esterase activities of all samples were enhanced, among which the sample of 24 h was enhanced most significantly.
