2种不同中间砧/基砧组合的纽荷尔脐橙树体特征和营养特性
Tree Features and Nutrient Characters of Newhall Navel Orange Grafted on Two Different Combination of Interstock/Rootstock

摘  要: 通过连续 2a田间试验 ,比较纽荷尔脐橙高接在 2种不同基砧 /中间砧组合上的树体特征和营养特性差异 ,表明锦橙 /红桔组合投产显著地晚于国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合 (对照 )。锦橙 /红桔组合比国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合树势生长强旺 ,枝条较直立 ,树冠郁闭 ;2种组合树体生长势和新梢生长量存在不同的年际间差异特点。 2种组合叶片的单叶光合潜力无明显差异 ,叶绿素a/b值分别存在年际间差异且具有相同的相对大小趋势。锦橙 /红桔组合叶片可溶性糖有低于国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合的趋势 ,而淀粉含量有高于国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合的趋势 ;2种组合的 3种糖份指标存在年际间差异且分别具有相同的相对高低关系。锦橙 /红桔组合叶片N、P含量比国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合低 ,Fe、Ca、K含量和C/N水平比国庆 1号温州蜜柑 /枳组合高 ;2种组合的C/N值、N、P、Ca和Fe含量年际间差异特点分别相同 ,而K含量则具有相反的年际间差异趋势。 Through two years' continuous field experiment, Newhall navel oranges(Citrus. sinensis Osbeck cv. Newhall) grafted on the two combinations of interstock/rootstock were compared with each other to find out their difference in tree features and nutrient characters. The results indicated Jincheng (Citrus. sinensis Osbeck cv. Jincheng)/Red tangerine(C. tangerina Hort. Ex Tanaka)(Treatment) born fruit obviously later than Guoqing No.1(C. unshiu Marc. cv Guoqing No.1)/Trifoliate (Poncirus trifoliate Raf)(Control). However,the former treatment engendered more vigorous shoots growth ,closer canopy and more erect shoots than the latter.The growth and the number of new shoots of the two combinations revealed different characters in different years. The photosynthesis ability of each single leaf showed no remarkable difference between the two combinations,while their chlorophyll a/b contents were obviously different in different years and revealed similar changing tendency. The total of the in leaves was lower, while the concentration of the starch was higher in Jincheng/Red tangerine than in Guoqing/Trifoliate combination. The three carbohydrate indexes of both combinations revealed extremely significant difference between years; meanwhile, the relative changing tendency of them was similar. The leaves of Jincheng/Red tangerine have lower concentrations of N and P,but higher concentrations of Fe, Ca and K and C/N value. Except K, the other mineral nutrients of two combinations had similar changing characters between years.
