摘 要: 采用相转移催化法 ,以Michael反应合成了 β 酞酰亚胺基丙酸甲酯。通过正交试验法 ,筛选出最佳反应条件为n(酞酰亚胺 )∶n(丙烯酸甲酯 )∶n(碳酸钾 ) =1∶1.5∶0 .2 5 ,反应温度 88~ 92℃ ,反应时间 10 0min。在此条件下 ,产率 93.8%。 With the action of phase transfer catalyst (PTC), N phthalyl β alanine methyl ester (PAME) was synthesized by Michael reaction with a mixture of phthalimide,methyl acrylate and K 2CO 3.The best reaction conditions were selected through orthogonalization as follows:phthalimide∶methyl acrylate∶K 2CO 3(molar ratio) =1∶1.5∶0.25,reaction temperature 88~92℃,reaction time 100 min.Under these conditions the yield of PAME was 93.8%.
