摘　　要： 通过对我国近20年来图书馆立法研究的相关文献的综合分析,提出对立法的条件是否成熟,立法能否完全解决图书馆经费匮乏的问题以及立法的重要作用是否被业内人士高估这三个问题的不同看法,同时客观而清醒地认识到图书馆立法,将有利于图书馆事业的长远发展。 Through an analysis of the documents about legislation in the past 20 years this article proposes three different points of view: whether the conditions are ready for legislation, whether legislation can solve the monetary problems of libraries and whether the importance of legislation has been overestimated. It also points out that keeping a calm and objective mind would be helpful for the long-term development of libraries.
