摘 要: 香石竹切花用不同浓度的 1 -MCP处理 ,依据瓶插寿命和外观品质得知以浓度为 B处理 0 .3× 1 0 - 8的 1 -MCP处理效果最佳。观测于此浓度 1 -MCP处理液中瓶插的香石竹切花的有关外观形态品质和生理生化指标 ,结果表明 :与对照相比 ,1 -MCP处理能提高香石竹切花观赏值 ,减少香石竹的萎蔫程度 ,在促进开放速度、蕾径增大、花朵大小方面均优于其他处理和对照。此外 1 -MCP处理还具有保持香石竹延迟叶片质膜相对透性增加 ,对叶片叶绿素。 In whole cut flowers of Dianthus cargophyllus L., 3×10 -8 1 MCP treatment could markedly promote bloom ,increase the volume and improve the quality of the carnation . The treated flowers stayed turgid and the vase holding life was longer compared with untreated flowers. Studies showed that 1 MCP treatment could increase the content of soluble protein in petal .Relative permeability of petal plasma membrane, which is a reliable indicator of petal membrane senescence , was retarded in 1 MCP treated flowers.
