摘　　要： 与西方大学城多属于“自然生成”模式不同,我国大学城都是“主动构建”模式,是经济、社会发展和高校扩招的共同产物。我国大学城建设获得的主要经验是:促进高校与地市高教事业在资源共享,拓展空间、整合与发展新兴学科与专业诸方面的巨大双赢;园区建设上针对时代性与高校特性长远规划的精心设计与分步实施;能同时实现一体化与灵活性的统一领导下的“条状管理”原则;解决大学城建设与运作资金的多元筹资模式探索;后勤社会化的完全实现集中了办学精力,并节约了办学成本。必须针对功能定位不准造成教育资源浪费、人文氛围不浓、“软环境”思考与建设不够、对原校区传统保持与延续的缺失,办学质量重视不够等发展初期的主要教训,以更完善的对策建设新的大学城。 University cities in our country are the results of economic and social development and college enroll increase.The basic experience we have gained from practice in building the university city is as follows:(1)promoting the win-win outcomes of higher education undertakings in both the university and the locality;(2)the university's park having the rich flavour of the times and its own features in terms of planning and designing;(3)sticking to the management principle of integration and flexibility;(4)seeking the multiple model for raising funds;and (5)transferring social services to the market economy.On the basis of the experience,we also must adopt more effective measures to settle the existing problems so as to build a brand-new university city.
