摘　　要： 《中华人民共和国仲裁法》的起草和制定有着计划经济向市场经济转轨时期的时代背景,其中的某些规定不可避免带有当时的局限性。在中国已加入WTO的新形势下,为适应仲裁国际化和统一化的趋势,对仲裁法中的某些不符合国际惯例的规定,有必要进行修改。 With the development of economic cooperation among nations,international commercial and civil disputes increased rapidly and became more and more completed.As an efficient and economical method to solve disputes,arbitration has been selected by different people from different countries.《Arbitration Law of P.R.C》was issued in 1995.Compared to 《UNCITRAL Model Law On International Commercial Arbitration》,however,the former has some limitations and faults.Since China has become an official members of WTO,It is essential to adjust its arbitration rules to adapt to the UNCITRAL rules in order to fulfill its obligations.
