摘　　要： 　利用柱层析和制备薄层色谱技术研究扁缩滨珊瑚(PoritescompressaDana)的化学成分,从中分离纯化得到2个化合物:a-十八碳烷醇甘油醚(鲨肝醇)(Ⅰ)、N-1-羟基甲基-2-羟基-(E,E)-3,7-十七碳二烯基十六酸酰胺(Ⅱ);同时经GC-MS鉴定6个甾醇:麦角甾烷醇、豆甾-22-烯-3β-醇、麦角甾-5-烯-3β醇、胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇、麦角甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇和豆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇. Two compounds were isolated from the coral of Porites compressa Dana and six ste rols from this coral were identified by meams of GC-MS. The structures of the tw o pure substances were determined as 1-Octadecyloxy- ethane01,2-diol(Ⅰ), Hexade canoic acid(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-heptadeca-3,7- dienyl)-amide (Ⅱ), the str uctures of the six sterols were determined as Ergostan-3-ol, Stigmasta-22-en-3 -o l, Ergost-5-en-3-ol, Cholest-5-en-3-ol, Ergost-5,22-dien-3-ol, Stigmasta-5,22-di en-3-ol.
