摘 要: 根据新工艺的要求在老厂房内增加新的设备时,往往因为老厂房柱距较小无法满足设备外形大小的要求,需要对老厂房加以改造.介绍了所采用的"托梁拔柱"方法:先加固好需拔柱两侧相邻的柱子,然后将设计好的托架或托梁安装在加固好的柱子上,并固定需拔柱的上柱,荷载通过托架或托梁直接传到加固好的柱子上,最后截断需拔柱的下柱并移走下柱和基础,从而达到扩大柱距的目的.经过工程实践证明,这种方法可以节约工期,节省投资,对原车间的生产干扰很小. When new equipment needs to be installed in an old workshop building with the requirement of new technologies, the original space between the pillars in the building is usually too small to fit the size or configuration of t he equipment. As a result, it is necessary to reform the old building. In this article, a new m ethod called 'Firm-Beam-Move-Pillar' is introduced. Firstly, firm the pillars next to the one to be moved away, then install a properly designed supporting structure or beam on the firmed pillars, and strengthen the upper part of the pillar to be moved a way. The load will be transferred onto the firmed pillars through the supporting structure or beam. Finally, cut off that pillar and move away its lower part as well as the base to increase the space between the pillars. This new method can save construction time and cost, and has little interference on the work in the old workshop. It has significant advantages over the traditional methods.
