摘 要: 以赞皇大枣组培苗叶片为试材 ,研究了叶片诱导再生不定根的最佳培养基及其生长调节物质种类及浓度 ,在此基础上从不定根诱导出不定芽 ,获得了完整的再生植株。结果表明 ,在 1 /2MS +IBA 1 0mgL- 1+NAA 0 3mgL- 1培养基上 ,可从叶片上诱导产生不定根 ,将上述不定根转接到 1 /2MS + 6 BA 1 0mgL- 1+NAA 0 2mgL- 1培养基上继续培养 ,从不定根诱导出不定芽 。 The tissue culture of leaves from Zanhuang jujube were studied.Adventitious roots were first induced on 1/2MS medium which supplemented with IBA(1\^0mg·L -1 ) and NAA (0\^3mg·L -1 ),and regenerative plants were obtained on 1/2MS+6 BA (1\^0mg·L -1 )+NAA (0\^2mg·L -1 ) medium from the adventitious roots. Methods of regeneration and propagation were also discussed.
