摘 要: 为提高热连轧机组厚度精度和轧制力精度 ,采用带钢厚度偏差和轧制力偏差 BP网络智能预测与偏差变刚度法同时校正方法。给出两偏差的分析和变刚度法偏差校正算法。离线模拟与在线应用都表明算法的有效性 ,提高机组带钢厚度偏差命中率 4 %~ 2 0 %和轧制力偏差命中率 8%~ 10 %。 In order to improve the accuracy of both the strip thickness and rolling force,the BP neural network intelligent predication of strip thickness and rolling force deviation is used to change mill stiffness for the deviation correction.The analytical method for the deviations mentioned above and algorithm of changing mill stiffness are persented.Both results of offline simulation and online application on tandem setup system show that the proposed method is effective.With this method,the hitting rate of strip thickness deviation is improved by 4 %~20 % while the rolling force deviation is improved by 8 %~10 %.
