摘 要: S3 3 0 7与ABT混合后处理的云南甜竹插条的水分上运加速 ,叶绿素降解延缓 ,光合速率提高 ,14 C 光合产物向插条基部的转运增加 ,插条的生根率高于S3 3 0 After treatment of S 3307 used together with rooting powder (ABT), the water uptake of cuttings of Dendrocalamus brandisii increased and the chlorophyll catabolism decreased; the photosynthetic rate was promoted. The translocation of 14 C photosynthate to cutting base was increased. The rooting rate of cuttings was higher than S 3307 or ABT application alone.
