摘 要: 研究了在水存在下 ,以对羟基苯甲酸和氯化苄为原料 ,以 Et3N为相转移催化剂催化合成对羟基苯甲酸苄酯 .结果表明 ,n(对羟基苯甲酸钠 )∶ n(氯化苄 ) =1∶ 1 .8,n(三乙胺 )∶ n(对羟基苯甲酸钠盐 ) =0 .4∶ 1 ,回流 7h,收率达 80 .3 % ,酯含量达到 99% . We synthesized benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate with sodium 4-hydrox yb enzoate and benzyl chloride in the presence of water and triethylamine (ET 3N). Here,we took Et 3N as the phase transfer catalyst of the synthesis. Compared w ith other synthetical methods for benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, this process is sim ple and of economic benefits. Experimental results show that the ratio of sodium 4-hydroxybenzoate to benzyl chloride is 1∶1.8, the ratio of triethylamine to sodium 4-hydroxybenzoate is 0.4∶1,and the reaction time is 7 h,and the yie ld and purity of the ester are 80.3% and 99%, respectively.
