摘 要: 为模拟含低浓度铵的污水灌溉条件下土壤中硝化作用 ,采用了铵盐溶液 (5 0mg/LNH4 C1)连续淋沥土壤 ,进行了垂向土柱试验研究 ,测定了土柱不同深度氮化合物的浓度。结果表明 :低铵浓度污水灌溉下土壤溶液中的硝化作用主要是在3 0cm内发生的 ,NO3-N的浓度在 3 0cm左右达到峰值。随后由于脱氮等作用 ,浓度迅速下降 ,在 10 0cm处减小到 10mg/L左右 ,在 40cm以下土壤中未测出NH4 -N。 For modeling of nitration function in soil under low ammouium concentration wastewater irrigation condition, ammonium salt solution (50mg/L NH 4Cl) is employed in continuous drenching soil,while vertical soil pole experimental study is carried out, and the concentrations of N compound at different soil pole depth are determined. Results indicate that nitration function in soil solution under low ammonium concentration wastewater irrigation is happened chiefly within 30cm with peak value of NO 3-N concentration around 30cm.Soon afterwards due to denitrification etc,concentration reduces rapidly with reduction to about 10mg/L af 100cm depth and no NH 4-N is determined under soil of 40cm.
