摘　　要： 分析了港口发展第三方物流及构建其物流信息平台 (LIP)的必要性 ,对第三方物流企业LIP的开发方法和应用体系结构进行了探讨 ,从功能需求、系统平台及开发工具选择。 This paper analyses the necessity for the port to developing the third party logistics and constructing its logistics information platform(LIP). The development method and structure are presented. The development process of LIP is described, including function demand, the choosing of system platform and development tools, the designing of database platform and the realizing of programs.
