摘　　要： 江泽民同志深知当今干部的重任及现状,因此对干部的学习问题格外重视。对于干部的学习内容和方法,他也提出了许多要求和希望。内容上要求学理论、学历史等,方法上要求理论联系实际,改造客观世界时同时改造主观世界。 Comrade JiangZeming deeply know the responsibility and quality of the cadres nowadays.Therefore, he pays much more attention to the study of the Cadres. He also puts fonvard some requirements and hope about the content and method of the cadres'study.On content the require them to study theory and history and so on,on method he requires them to practice theory with reality and remould the subjective world while transform the objective world.
