摘 要: 研究了改性鱼油反应中提高单甘酯质量分数的影响因素 ,并考察了改性鱼油作为抗静电剂在PP中的抗静电效果。结果表明 ,鱼油改性反应中的最佳反应条件为 :鱼油、甘油、催化剂KOH的投料体积比为 1:0 4:0 1,回流时间 3h ;在最佳反应条件下 ,改性鱼油混合物中单甘酯的质量分数可达 3 8%~ 40 % ;将改性鱼油加入PP后 ,可降低PP的体积电阻率和表面电阻率 ,且PP的拉伸强度变化不大 ,冲击强度略有提高 。 This paper investigated the influence factors of improving the mass fraction of fatty monoglyceride during the reaction and the antistatic effect of modified fish oil as antistatic agent in PP The result showed the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the volume of percentage of fish oil, glycerine and KOH was 1∶0 4∶0 1; the reflux reaction time was 3h The fatty monoglyceride mass fraction could come up to 38%~40% under the optimal reaction conditions; and the addition of modified fish oil could reduce the volume resistivity and surface resistance of PP, resulted in a little change of the tensile strength but some increase of impact strength of PP Modified fish oil could be used as a kind of better antistatic agent for PP
