摘 要: 研究pH值、时间、温度和染浴中染料浓度等染色条件对PP/常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯共混纤维染色性能的影响。发现适宜的染浴 pH值为 2 .8,染色温度为 10 0℃ ,染色时间为 2h时 ,染料浓度为 2 5mg/mL ,染浴中的染料浓度与纤维上的染料平衡浓度符合朗格缪尔 (Langmuir)吸附等温线。同时还发现 ,共混纤维中基体 微纤两相结构间存在的“微隙”对显色阳离子的传导能力是有限的 ,该传导能力制约了纤维的染色速率。 By use of bath dyeing method,the influence of dyeing conditions such as pH value,time,temperature,and dye concen-tration on dyeing behaviors of blended fiber of PP and cationic dyeable co-polyester at atmospheric pressure is investigated It is found that suitable conditions are pH value 2.8,temperature 100℃,time 2h,dye concentration 25 mg/mL,the equilibriumconcentrations of dyes both in dyeing bath and on fiber can be coincident with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
