摘 要: 柑橘亚科植物九里香、麻纹叶和酒饼叶的珠心组织,在附加500mg·L-1麦芽浸出液的MT培养基中产生愈伤组织.愈伤组织在几种不含任何附加物的培养基上继代培养均能获得胚性愈伤组织.胚性愈伤组织的获得率以MT培养基最高,MT培养基优于MS培养基的关键是2种B族维生素的用量较高.胚性愈伤组织在含50g·L-1蔗糖的培养基中产生体细胞胚胎.3种植物的体细胞胚胎在1mg·L-1GA的条件下均获得了90%以上萌发率,并再生成完整植株. Callus was induced from nucelli in 3 species of citrus subfamily plants, namely Murraya paniculata, M.Koenigii and Glycosmis pentaphylla, which were cultured in MT medium supplemented with 500 mg·L-1 malt extract. The callus further formed embryogenic callus, the latter was best multiplicated in MT medium, in which two kinds of VB, VB1 and VB6, play an important role. Under the condition of 50 g·L-1 sucrose, the somatic embryos derived from the embryogeneic callus. The highest germination rate of the embryo was gained in the medium with 1 mg·L-1 GA, the rate in 3 species was all higher than 90%.
