摘 要: 本文以粘性流体甘油为物料,在内冷式刮膜薄膜蒸发器中进行加热蒸发实验,分析和探讨了内冷式刮膜薄膜蒸发的传热阻力和工艺条件如操作压力、刮板转速和进料流量等因素的影响。研究发现,粘性流体薄膜蒸发时的传热阻力主要在液膜侧;液膜传热系数随刮板转速和流量的增大而增大,随压力的降低而增大;单位时间的蒸发量随刮板转速的增大而增大,随压力和流量的增大而减少。 Heating and evaporating are experimented in the innercondensing wiped thin film evaporator with feed of viscous glycerol.The heat transfer resistance and the influence of process variables such as operating pressure,rotating speed of wiper and feed speed on the thin film heating coefficient and evaporating capacity per unit of time are analyzed and studied.It is found that the heat transfer resistance of thin film evaporating of viscous liquid mainly lies in the thin film,and thin film heating coefficient increases with rising the rotating speed and feed speed and with decreasing the pressure,and the evaporating capacity per unit of time increases with rising the rotating speed and with decreasing the pressure and the feed speed.
