GENESIS诱导小麦雄性不育与幼穗中乙烯含量的关系
Relation between ethylene of young spike and male sterility induced by GENESIS in wheat

摘  要: 在小麦发育的 Feekes8.5时期用化学杂交剂 GENESIS进行处理 ,分别在小麦花药发育的单核期、二核期和三核期测定幼穗中乙烯释放量的变化 ,研究 GENESIS诱导小麦雄性不育与乙烯的关系。结果表明 :经化学杂交剂 GENESIS诱导后 ,幼穗中乙烯释放量在 3个时期均明显高于对照。随着 GENESIS喷施剂量的增加 ,诱导小麦雄性不育率也相应增加 ,同时幼穗中乙烯释放量也表现出相同的增长趋势。表明 GENESIS诱导小麦雄性不育的生化机理在于 GENESIS诱导小麦幼穗中乙烯释放量增加 ,乙烯释放量的变化与小麦雄性不育有直接关系。同时 ,利用乙烯合成抑制剂 (AVG)处理细胞核质互作雄性不育系后 ,内源乙烯释放速率降低 。 At wheat developing stage Feekes 8.5,the wheat variety Xinong 1376 was sprayed with Chemical Hybridizing Agent GENESIS at rate of 1.0 and 5.0 kg/hm 2.The ethylene release rate of the young spike was tested when the microspore was in mononucleate,binucleate and tripnucleate respectively.The changes of endogenous hormone ethrel and its relation to male sterility were studied.The results indicated that the metabolism system of the endogenous hormone ethrel take change after wheat was treated with GENESIS.The ethylene release rate in young spike of the treated plants was obviously higher than that of the untreated plants during the stage of microsporogenesis and development,especially in the stage of mononucleate.It was found that the ethylene release rate was increased when the rate of GENESIS was changed from 1.0 kg/hm 2 to 5.0 kg/hm 2.At the same time,when the rate of GENESIS was increased,the rate of male sterility was increased sharply.It is concluded that the changes of the ethylene release rate caused by application of GENESIS may be the reason of male sterility induced by GENESIS in wheat.The high ethylene release rate in pollen brought about numerous phytophysiological reaction,and lead to pollen aborting.It was also found that the male sterility line was partially restored by the external application of AVG (aminoethyoxyvinylglycine) that is a kind of inhibitor of ethylene synthesis.
