摘 要: 采用除油、碱蚀、化学着色和后处理四步法,将铝或铝合金着黄红色,丰富了多彩的装饰红色.通过实验得出了着色的最佳配方:硫酸镍45g/L,高锰酸钾20g/L,硫酸6g/L,茜红素6g/L,着色促进剂A2g/L.工艺过程中的处理液可循环利用.具有工艺简单、成本低和着色效率高等优点.生成的氧化膜既具有装饰性又具有耐蚀性. Four steps are used including oilcleaning, alkali corrupting, chemical staining and hind disposal to have aluminum or aluminum alloy colored with yellowred. This enriches the ornament color. It obtains the best ratio: 45g/L NiSO4, 20g/L KMn2O4, 6g/L H2SO4, 6g/L alizarin and 2g/L painted accelerant A. The solution from the technique process can be recycled. This method has many advantages,such as simple technique, low cost and high stain efficiency. And the oxidation film can be decorated and anticorrosive.
