摘 要: 复杂盒形零件的反挤压是一个极其不均匀的流动过程 ,坯料的相对形状及尺寸是影响金属流动的关键因素。在分析均匀摩擦条件下坯料对金属流动影响的基础上 ,采用物理模拟的手段确定了合理的坯料 ,并进行了实验验证 ,挤压出了符合产品要求的工件。 Metal flow is a very inhomogeneous process during backward extrusion of complex box body,Relative shape and size of the blank is a key factor which affect metal flow. On the basis of analysis blank effect on matel flow,optimum blank was choosed by physical simulation,and validated by experiment,Trial-manufactured extruded part which accorded entirely technic demand.
