摘 要: 本文结合XX2 5 0发动机气缸头低压铸造模具改造问题 ,介绍了其改造流程和方案 ,并应用快速原型 (RP)技术解决了模具改造中的产品设计检验和砂芯样件制造问题 ,并结合三维CAD技术、NC加工等先进制造技术成功地实现了气缸头低压铸造模具改造 ,费用只是进口模具的 1/ 5。 With the casting mould of the cylinder head as an example, the scheme and procedure of reconstruction is studied in this paper . Rapid Prototype Manufacturing(RPM)technology and its application in the product of the cylinder head and sand-core is introduced; By integrating the Advanced Manufacturing Technology , such as 3D CAD,RPM,NC, etc., A new scheme of reconstructing the mould is built.
