红外线编码扫描式智能车辆分类计数器

摘  要: 针对目前常用的环形线圈车辆检测器不适用于车距较近的收费站车辆计数 ,及红外线车辆计数器存在红外线光束交叉干扰和抗环境干扰能力差的缺点 ,将计算机红外线通信技术与扫描技术相结合 ,研制了编码式红外线光栅计数器 ,彻底消除了红外线交叉干扰 ,有效地抑制了背景噪声。从系统工程的角度出发 ,选择了组合式车辆分类技术 ,并配以多媒体同步监视技术 ,再对车辆进行组内二次判断 ,从根本上解决收费舞弊问题。通过软件设计使系统具备了故障自动诊断、故障自动排除和智能鉴别干扰能力等功能。 There are two often used vehicle counters currently:loop coil vehicle detector and infra red ray vehicle counter. The former is good for expressway vehicle counter but not suitable at tolling station; the later can do nothing with infra red ray cross interference and background inferences. Using computer infra red telecom technology and scan technology, a type of coded infra red ray vehicle counter which completely removed cross interference and effectually controlled background interferences was presented. As for vehicle classification, this paper divides all vehicles into two groups and monitors them further more by a multimedia system to eliminate toll cheats. For meeting the requirements of reliability,through programming, this paper guarantees the vehicle counter work properly with default auto detection, default auto shooting and background interference auto kill. Experiments and practical performance shows that this infra red ray coding vehicle counter is a popular product for its features of accuracy, reliability, anti interference and avoidance of toll cheats.
