摘　　要： 通过对部分体育院校教师的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构以及素质构成要素问卷调查的结果进行统计与分析 ,提出完善体育院校教师队伍建设的方法与建议。 The article makes an analysis of the questionnaire result on age structure,education background,academic title and quality structure of teachers in some physical education institutes,and offers some methods and suggestions on perfecting the construction of teachers in physical education institutes.
