摘 要: 我国跳远运动员在自身平跑绝对速度与世界优秀运动员有较大差距的情况下取得了优异的成绩,采用很高的助跑速度利用率是其成功的主要原因;高助跑速度利用率也带来了起跳技术难度大、影响踏板准确性、运动员发挥不稳定等一系列问题,而解决这些问题的难度很大,这可能也是国外优秀运动员几乎毫无例外地采用了较低的助跑速度利用率的原因;中国运动员若采用可控速度助跑就必须提高平跑的绝时速度,从长远来看,这也是稳固提高中国跳远水平的主要途径。 Since the eighties of the last century Chinese Long-Jumpers have achieved good performances,high utilization rate of approach speed is main effective way to these performances. But it also brought adverse effects such as take - off difficulty, take - off push spot not precisely, performance shaky. From the long-term point of view effective way to improving the performance of Chinese long-jumpers is increasing athlete' s absolute speed and running by controllable speed in approach.
