摘 要: 通过对部分城市长住老年女性参加健身跑运动的实验研究,探讨健身跑对脂蛋白代谢的影响。结果表明:长期坚持健身跑对血清脂蛋白代谢可产生良好影响,血清HDL-ch水平提高、LDL-ch水平下降,体脂百分比下降,心肺功能增强。提示健身跑运动对促进老年人的脂蛋白代谢、改善身体机能状态、预防肥胖及由肥胖所引起的相关疾病有积极的意义。 A certain number of urban female senile consistently taking one year's jogging were studied to explore jogging's effects on their lip-id metabolism. Results: Long-term jogging has such good effects on lipid metabolism as increasing serum HDL level, decreasing serum LDL level, decreasing body fat content and enhancing cardiopulmonary function.Indication: Jogging has positive effects on lipid metabolism, improving body function status and prevention of obesity and obesity-related diseases in senile.
