摘 要: 介绍了在材料中激发短脉冲超声波检测材料缺陷的新方法——超声红外热像技术。对HWRX-3型红外热像仪系统进行扩展改进,为其研制了与计算机联接的数据采集卡、硬件驱动程序、用户软件。发展了该系统在超声红外热像技术中的应用,并针对超声红外热像技术,提出了微弱变化的红外热像图的处理方法。 A method named ultrasonic infrared thermography (UIT)for detecting cracks is described in which a short puke of ultrasound is infused into a material. Improvements on model HWRX-3 infrared camera are presented, which include the design and development of a real-time digital frame grabber, hardware driver program and its user program. Its applications in UIT is introduced and a useful image processing method for slight changes of infrared images is put forward for UIT.
