摘 要: 研究了AZ91D镁合金化学镀镍工艺过程、操作条件,分析了镀层组织与成分,测定了镀层的厚度、显微硬度.镀层具有较好的结合力和耐蚀性。 Technological process and operation conditions for electroless nickel plating of magnesium alloys were studied, as well as the structure and composition of plating were analyzed along with the thickness and microhardness were measured. Results showed that the plating had excellent adhesive strength and corrosion resistance.
