摘　　要： 加入WTO是一个对中国社会各个方面有着广泛影响的重要事件 ,以此为诱因我国高等体育教育必将发生新的变革。尤其在我国高等体育教育人才培养体制、目标、模式等问题也将发生新的变化 ,运用耗散结构论的观点对变革的机制进行探讨. Join WTO is a widely impact incident for China. So the high physical education must be have a new reform. Especially in training talents cultivating's system,goal and model. The reform of high physical education is analyzed by dissipation structure theory.
