摘　　要： 从文明的视角 ,运用社会学、经济学理论 ,分析在知识经济时代即将到来的今天 ,尽快建设全国性的体育专用信息网络的重要性与紧迫性 ,着重从社会主体、社会传播、社会管理和社会经济效益四个层面 ,阐述体育信息网络深厚的文明底蕴。 This Article,from the point of the civilization,using the theories of Sociology and Economy,analysis the importance and the emergency of the construction in the national P.E.Information System while facing the incoming knowledge economy;it also states the deep civilization accumulation of the P.E.Information System with the concern of the four aspects of the body,the communication,the administration and interest of the Society.
