摘 要: 研究了动力设备两级有源积极隔振系统在其主动隔振执行器的 3种不同安装方式下的动力学特性 ,分析了主动控制力与被动隔振器参数之间的关系。以中间质量加速度作为反馈变量对动力设备两级隔振系统进行了反馈控制 ,研究了系统的振动控制特性。研究结果表明 :在动力设备两级有源积极隔振系统中 ,主动隔振执行器仅作用于中间质量时的综合隔振性能最好 ;增加中间质量的加速度反馈增益 ,可使高频隔振效果明显增加 ,有效隔振频段范围扩大。图 1 1参 This paper studies the dynamic characteristic of two layer active vibration isolation system of the power plant and the influencing relationships between the active force of actuator and the parameters of passive isolator under the different installation way of the active isolation actuator. The active vibration isolation, which is based on feedback control adopting the absolute acceleration of the middle body as the feedback variable to vibration control, is done on a two layer vibration isolation system of the power plant. The research shows that the two layer active vibration isolation system of the power has best isolation performance when the actuator is installed on the middle body, and the isolation performance against the vibration of high frequency area gets better and the frequency bound being good for vibration isolation gets more width when the feedback plus of the absolute acceleration of the middle boys.
