摘 要: 针对游车YC450B下提环力学失效问题,按照API规定要求对其进行受力分析。本文先对游车下提环的力学性能参数进行试验,根据二维设计图进行三维建模,再分别对额定载荷及2.25倍载荷下的下提环进行有限元分析。分析结果显示,在额定载荷下,下提环上最大Mises等效应力稍大于材料的屈服极限,游车下提环处于弹性应力控制状态,有足够的安全余量;2.25倍额定载荷的超负荷加载条件下,计算显示游车下提环最危险区域出现在耳环柱销孔的外侧边缘处,此处区域面积较小,应力的深度较浅,且小于抗拉极限;在去掉危险区域后的其他部分应力小于屈服极限,分布比较均匀,有较足的安全余量;分析表明2.25倍额定载荷是检验游车下提环承载能力的合理参数。 Aiming to mechanical failures problems of the lifting bail of Traveling block( YC450B),according to API requirements,the mechanical properties parameters of the Traveling block are tested in the first,two-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling,and then under the rated load and 2. 25 times load,finite element analysis are used in this paper. The results showed that at rated load,put on the ring under the maximum Mises stress is far less than the yield limit of the material,Lifting Bail in the elastic stress state,there are sufficient safety margin; load under overload conditions 2. 25 times the rated load,calculations show that the most dangerous region Lifting Bail appear on the outside edge of the earring stud hole,where the area is shallow,shallow depth of stress,and less than the ultimate strength; in other parts of the stress is removed after the danger zone is less than the yield limit,distributed more evenly,there is a more adequate safety margin; analysis showed 2. 25 times the rated load is reasonable parametric test Lifting Bail bearing capacity.
