摘 要: 液压缓冲器是一种常见的缓冲器。采用单一阻尼孔式液压缸 ,当缓冲负载变化时 ,缓冲效果并不理想。设计了一种复合液压缸 ,使缓冲阶段分两阶段进行。第一阶段实行固定节流口缓冲 ,使运动部件的速度和缓冲压力迅速下降 ;第二阶段实行可变节流口缓冲 ,使缓冲压力大致恒定 。 The hydraulic buffer is a common one The effect is not ideal while load changing if a cylinder with sole hydraulic damper is used A multiple cylinder is designed, which makes the course of buffer distributed to two ones The first one is in fix-damper, which makes the velocity of moving parts and buffer pressure go down rapidly The second one is in changing damper, which makes damper pressure eternal on the whole and final position exact at the same time
